Cycle and ephedra

I;m currently on 250mg test cyp e4d. I'm finishing my eigth week today. I start 50mg/ed winstrol tomorrow and will continue it for my final four weeks of my cycle. I'd like to know if it's ok to use ephedra during my last 4 weeks to help start cutting or should i wait till after my pct to start it?
