I'm trying to eat real clean, but I'm sick of fish and chicken,
so I want your thoughts about steak or any kinda beef. It will be ok to eat it for lunch or after I work out for dinner? Or should I not include it in my diet at all? thanks

Adding steak to your chicken and fish is an excellent idea. Go for a lean beef. Rump steak is fairly lean too. I can guarantee eating steak consistently for a few months will result in increased strength.
