I would say avoid most foods.

cycling is hazardous, with all the other vehicles on the road you really need to pay attention. I suppose a quick swig from the water bottle is fine, but I dont see how you could eat while cycling .

What kind of bicycle do you have? Mountain bike or 10 speed?
