Can I put ice? - 04-30-2008, 01:00 PM

Can I put ice after my shots? Because it hurts like hell after I finish my injection. What can I do to release the pain?

Putting ice will help you can cut the gear with some b-12 which will sooth it nicely. Try running the prepared syringe under some hot water for 30 seconds this may also help.

Also you can put a soaked towel in hot water around the affected area. A friend of mine told me about that and it works very well!
