Appetite - 12-05-2010, 06:44 AM

I am very low lately, after a break up I lost all my appetite. I'm still working out but food just doesn't appeal. Don't know what to do. Any advice will be so much apreciated.

There are a lot of things that don't appeal....Yet we still eat them and train. It's called determination.

If you want something with almost zero taste to replace some of what you're missing and even supplement more, get some Synthepure. You mix that with water, you should be drinking anyways, and you've just supplemented yourself with the most bio-available supplement available.

Use code Tyrone to get 5% off your next Synthetek order!
