need oppinions on cardio routine - 05-05-2011, 04:06 PM

I read somewhere that 30-40 minutes of moderate cardio, lik walking on a treadmill on level 4 for twice, three times a week is enough to burn a great level of fat
I tried that for a couple of times but to me doesnít look enough, is kind like a waste of time. Not sure if to continue this routine or not. Need opinions. Cheers

I doubt this is going to be enough to loose a lot of body fat.

I do 30 minutes of intense cardio, mornings on empty stomack. It helps keeping my bf at around 10%.
