Planning Bulk Cycle - 08-10-2011, 10:50 AM

What do you guys think of this cycle. I'm planning to bulk up. I'm open to suggestions.

Anapolon 50-50mg ED-WK-1-4
Test suspension 50mg EOD-WK-1-4
Sust 500mg a WK-WKS-1-12
Nolvadex 20mg EOD-wks-1-12

I'm 21 and 168lbs. I'm not glad with my size and I'm bulking for nearly a year now. In the past I been doing test depot, sust , deca , winny and dbol.

This forum is just full of the same now. 21 year olds not eating enough and thinking gear is the answer when it isn't just eat more. Oh you eat plenty do you... eat more then. Steak, chicken, fish, greek yoghurt, eggs, oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, coconut oil, olive oil, walnuts, almonds etc etc.

Meals like...
rump steak, brown rice and broccoli
Chicken, brown pasta, avocado
6 whole eggs cooked in coconut oil and oats

Try having 6 similar meals in a day with intense training 3-4 days per week and if you done weight 30 pounds all more next year your 1 in a million. Seriously just eat lots of balanced nutritious food. You don'tneed gear at 21.

Add gear and you will double your results. Test c or e at 500mg for 12 weeks in perfect.

No nolva during your cycle. No test s fora kickstart. Just test for 12 weeks. No need for adrol but thats upto you. 21 is too young in my books but there you go.

No need to cycle just eat. You weigh 168

I'm eating loads bro's. My weight always seems to fluctuate ...Also I been training for 2 years now.I was thinking that sust will give me a good kick.

Come on..loads of what bro? If you don't eat right when you're on cycle you don't get shit out of it. Your weight is a problem. I'm sure that your diet is a total mess.

Your weight keeps fluctuating because your body has no idea what natural training is. You've only been training 2 years and have been using AAS for half of that time.

As other said . I'd stay away from gear until your diet is in order and you to get a good solid base from training without AAS
