Workout split on juice - 04-25-2012, 01:15 PM

Whats the best plan for mon-sun workin out when on juice . Should u hit the muscles 2 times a week . N e splits u guys r on would like to switch my routine up . Lost the post alin if u could write it again it would b appreciated

Thur back
Fri triceps but sometimes do 10 sets of chest
