Whatever. If your urine has any color or odor, then you are dehydrated. Ask Cutler or Coleman if a couple of glasses a day is enough.

You can consume too much water "at one time", then it becomes bad for your health. Their have been cases were a small amount of people have died from over-hydrating. But water consumption throughout the day is good for you.

the average human gets most of its water from whole food sources, however us weightlifters need alot more......you dont want your urine to be completely clear, if so you are drinking way too much water. You want to keep it tinted yellow, but not too dark.

tru i drink about 120-140 ouces of water a day, but thats because of track, all the wind sprints we run can dehydrate you real fast, not to mention in the weightroom befor track, with 90 kids it get pretty damn hot so we sweat alot of it out there too.
