How to cure gynecomastia?? - 06-03-2013, 05:16 AM

Hey guys, i did a deca testa and a tren testa course last year in dec 2012. I also did PCT after the course.

To prevent gyno my trainer asked to me to a course of temoxifen citrate for two weeks so that the pain and itching i feel will go away. I did the same and dramatically the pain and itching gone for sometime.

Now i feel that sometimes i feel verryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy minor itching in my nippels. I don't know much about gyno. I am not genetically a gyno prone guy as in my family everyone is skinny.

I am posting some of my latest pictures. Please help me. I want to know that if i do a course of temoxifen for about 3 months or say 6 months, will it help me to disappear the gyno totally.

I want to participate in bodybuilding comp. so i want to get rid of this small lump and itching totally.

Please help me about temoxifen and its doses or if you feel that after considering my pictures i need to take any other salt then please tell me or do i need to see a doc???????//

LETROZLE may help you here. I would do bloodwork 1st and see what is causing the gyno. If its any comfort its not too bad IMO.

Not that bad at all. Are you on anything now? Get some blood work to see if you recovered if off. That can cause it. Novla and letro can shrink it but sometimes only while on it.

i am not taking anything now and i just did a course of temoxifen for two week in the dec 2012.

Bro just don't mind but i didn't get the idea of your line "Get some blood work to see if you recovered if off. That can cause it." this is may be because of language gap. Will you please elaborate what you said a bit for me please. You want me to see a doctor before taking nolva or letro???

Any time gyno has started with me, itch, lump under nip, I have taken 40mgs of nolva until it is gone, usually 2 weeks and then continue with 20mgs for another week. I have used this technique 3-4 times in the past with great results.

Everyone is different and what works for one may not work for another, I am no doctor, this is just what has worked for me. :-)

From experience the worst gyno I've had is after a cycle and didn't recover well. If your test is low and estrogen and or prolactin is high. It's Worse than being off cycle... So when I say get blood work... I'm saying to get a hormone blood panel done. If you take Novla before you will show a higher estrogen level due to Novla.

You may just need to go on hrt and low dose AI then it would go away

My favorite stack for gyno is 25mg/d of Aromasin + 30-60mg/d of toremifene + 0.5mg of cabergoline twice per week.

If you have any hard tissue that you can feel behind the nipple area, then your only option may be surgery to remove it.

I feel like I've posted this about 10 times in recent months-

Best cure for gyno hands down-
(disclaimer- this will shut you down as far as Estro goes, but that's the cost)

Week 1
Stop all 19- nors and drop all aromatizing hormones except test to 150/week
Letro 2.5mg eod
Winny- 30-50mg ed
Proviron- 50mg ed

Week 2
Stop all 19- nors and drop all aromatizing hormones except test to 150/week
Letro 1.25 mg eod
Winny 30-50mg ed
Proviron 50mg ed

Repeat week 2 until your lumps have' gone down to a manageable point.

Blood work Alin is talking about is your estrogen level with in a blood lab sample along with serum testosterone levels to see if gyno is due to high estro..do u live in USA? Online blood labs in most states .
Aromasin(exemestane).is an estrogen killer 25-50mg per day
Like BMJ says if hard gyno to touch may need surgical removal

Even if the lump is hard it can still be reversed- it has more to do with how long it's been there.

True that, I have gotten rid of hard lumps on a few occasions..they were not there long, as soon as I noticed them I banged the nolva.

I would recommend the protocol Mr. BMJ suggested this is gynos worst nightmare aside from the knife, listen to the advice given over and over BLOODWORK bro, sometimes nolva doesn't always do the job contrary to popular belief. The research on human testing on toremifene is relatively small compared with other SERMS but the bro science is there to back it up, personally I have never had much problems with gyno but one of my best friends had it for two years, and tried everything, and the 60mgs/ED of Tore cleared it right up this stuff is powerful so personally I would go with BMJ from my research this is spot on good luck and keep us posted

Sounds to me like a prolactin issue not estrogen. Caber, prami, or bromo.
