What do u guys feel the average loss of lbs is after you've gotten off your gear?

Ever worry if its just that extra bloated water weight or if you've lost significant muscle?

Thats why you have maintenance. You going to lose some but as long as you keep up a hard workout eat right which im not the best at. Then you shouldn't see to much of a drop.

Yeah, losing water (bloat) isn't unusual, depending on what your cycle consisted of. Just do your PCT, try and maintain what you've achieved, until your next cycle...and then do it over again and try to gain a little more. You will lose some vascularity, etc. Try not to worry about it.

I lost some vascularity and of course the awesome pump I kept while on. But weight was not an issue. But I have been eating big and staying in the gym.

Also really depends the cycle length and what compounds used.

If you gained 18 lbs in 8 weeks from 1g test and 100mg drol- then yeah you'll probably only keep 6-5 lbs of that realistically.


But if you ran

Test- 300
EQ-900
Mast-700

And ran that for 16 weeks and gained 20 lbs you'll probably keep 15 at least.

If you eat more carbs on cycle you'll lose even more water weight when you come off. For each gram of carbs you eat, you'll hold 4 grams of water.

In know there's debates on taking the nolva and clomid but i've always ran this exactly 3 weeks after last injection. Anyone run their PCT sooner or later than that, or is that general rule of thumb?

Week 1-3= Clomid at 250mg day 1, days 2-11 at 100mg. days 12-21 at 50mg per day.
Week 1-3= Nolvadex at 20mg per day at days 1-16, days 17-21 at 10mg per day

Anything change on the pct recommendations..been running it like this for years and didn't see much consistency in past threads, seems personal opinion of it it works dont change it.

Guess I was wondering more time frame of when peopel start PCT rather than what they take particularly?

I never have, after being referred on just Nolva/Clomid..s I have done some research on it and so forth. But every cycle I put up and post what I'll do for PCT, I never got a huge response of suggestions to run it.

I would like/need to learn a lot more so that's kind of why i run these questions back and forth on here to my "team" to see what I'm ready for, or missing out on before next order coming up

Think this vital to throw in Post cycle next time?

I run it as well as most others I know on here but I guess this goes back to do what works best for you and you learn that by trial and error. You're gonna get 50 different points of view on pct from 50 different people I usually run the above stated as well as hcg not starting the hcg til a couple weeks in.
