Ok new suggestions for and old timer - 09-05-2014, 11:45 PM

Ok been using T-Cyp and Eqp along with some dball , i want to change up my next cycle and suggestions i need simple also allot of the things now a days I don't even know what they are sorry. I have been TRT from Doc for many years now also I just use that as extra for myself less to buy Doc doesn't care thats about all i can tell you experts . I am 50yrs old 5"11 245lbs just don't want to look like and old fat 50yr old i like having some muscle and strength and my GF likes it too lol.


Thank you for any suggestions from the experts or old timers.

What exactly are your goals? I'm guessing you are looking to lean out and build some quality muscle, right?

If that's the case, make sure diet is on point, obviously.

Nothing works like Tren for recomp if you ask me. I run it as often as possible.

BTW, I'll be 50 in Dec.

Try adding some peptides
For older guys like we are now-I like test Enantate instead of Test Cyp- I don't get as watery and bloated.
If you handle d-ball well - you will handle the tren nicely - I don't do well on tren any more - when I was in the 20, I loved the stuff.
Think you would love the peptides. Your body will look like you are on your 20'sor 30's again - wild stuff - just do a mellow cycle on the peps if you do them

I like the long "E's" myself as well. I am currently running T-E and Tri-Tren, really enjoying this one, 40 min. cardio 1st thing in am and lift in pm's. I am really tightening up. IP's Tri Tren is one of the best I have run EVER. In terms of PEP's they were not around 20 yrs ago (to my knowledge) I really need to research pep's more. Any suggestions "Squatster?" I do like Melatonan-2.

I don't know much about peps yet - I had the guys from Superior helping me out on peptides - you can put a three on peptides - these guys here are the best - you will be amazed with them

I would drop the orals altogether. With your age and goals, I would just stick with testosterone and just increase the testosterone doses(rather than adding secondary/tertiary compounds) while consistently monitoring & regulating your estrogen.
Maybe test/gh at the most, with the gh being at 3iu pharm grade maximum.

I found this link months ago when i was debatin to get back
On gear or not.....back in the day i was doing quite of bit of different
Intense cycles...now i just want a cycle that is adequate with me and
My age...not looking to be huge or monster but to be rip and fit again
