What do you think in my next cycle ( steroids - diet - training - slin protocol ) - 11-02-2014, 09:25 PM

Stats
age: 27
weight: 176lbs
height: 6'0
bf: 12-13%
cycles exp: 4

goal : gain good size and drop BF to 7-8%

16 weeks cycle ( 8 wks bulk & 8 wks cut ) :
1-16 sustanon 750mg/wk
1-8 npp 150mg ◊3/wk
9-16 tren ace 100mg/eod
1-4 dbol 50mg/day
1-4 slin ( humalog ) 10iu upon waking and 10iu pwo
8-14 t3 50mcg/day

HCG through cycle 500iu/wk
will use caber and aromasin

PCT:
nolva: 40/40/20/20
clomid: 100/100/50/50

Diet:
will bulk on 4000 cals first 8 weeks and cutting on keto last 8 weeks

Training:
day1: calves 7 sets + chest 12-15 sets + shoulders 9 sets + triceps 6 sets
day2: back 18-21 sets + biceps 6 sets + abs 12 sets
day3: off
day4: calves 7 sets + shoulders 12-15 sets + chest 9 sets + shrugs 8-9 sets
day5: triceps 12 sets + biceps 12 sets + forarmes 9 sets + abs 12 sets
day6: quads 16 sets + hams 10-12 sets
day7: off

Cardio:
bulking: 2-3 days/wk 20mins pwo HIIT
cutting: 5 days/wk 30-45mins pwo slow jogging on treadmill

Slin (humalog) protocol:
10iu upon waking then 70g of simple carbs ex. (honey - dates - table sugar - white bread ) + 24g protein (whey) then 1 hour later solid meal of 50-70g carbs with protein source
10iu pwo then shake of serious mass (1 heaping scoop = 125g carbs 25g pro) with 5g creatine and 5g glutamine. 1 hour later soild meal of 50-70g carbs with protein source

1. Test-dbol, dude your under 180 just gain man. Don't go nuts and get sloppy(you don't seem like the kind to do that, your plan is very detailed I'll give ya that). But an 8 week "bulk"? November to January just grow.


Fuck the judges, I'm worried about the spotters!

Only thing I want to add is that of realistic expectations.

You are 176 at 6 ft tall and you've already done four cycles.

Dropping your bodyfat by 5% and adding lean mass at the same time PROBABLY will not happen.
