This isn't my home board but I'm hoping to gain some new insights and new perspectives. As of now I'm cruising on 500 mg Legend Test E which is presenting bloods of around 1500 total T in other users. I've been on this for 4 weeks and plan 2-4 more. Before that I ran a cycle of Legend Test E/Deca/and Dbol which was underdosed but I thought I was taking a gram of test and 500 deca but it appears to be about half that and I had less than stellar results. I'll be switching labs for my next blast but cruising on the rest of this underdosed Legend test e for the remainder of January so I'll write out 48 weeks. My baseline AI is aromasin at 25 mg/day. It seems high for some people but it's a minimum for me. Letro and/or nolva or possibly even adex will be added as needed or desired. I order that stuff as I go but I have plenty on hand in case of emergencies.

Weeks 1-4:
Sust - 700 mg/wk
EQ - 600 mg/wk
Proviron - 50 mg/day
(Inject 2X/wk)

Weeks 5-8:
Sust - 1050 mg/wk
EQ - 900 mg/wk
Tri-Tren - 600
Proviron - 75 mg/day
(Inject 3X/wk)

Weeks 9-12:
Sust - 1225 mg/wk
EQ - 1050 mg/wk
Tri-Tren - 700 mg/wk
Proviron - 100 mg/day
(Inject EOD)

Weeks 13-16:
Sust - 1225 mg/wk
EQ - 1050 mg/wk
Tri-Tren - 700 mg/wk
Anavar - 60-80 mg/day

Superdrol - 40 mg/day

That should keep me gaining into the new year and then I'd cruise until March or so and hit it again pending bloodwork. As you can see I start slowly each time and add injectables and build the dose first while appetite is high and then throw in the orals at the end. I should eat big into week 12 or so and then I hit the orals which slowly kill my appetite and hardenme up so I should gain weight and strength and then recomp in each case. The second test/NPP blast will be dry with the tbol and proviron so Im hoping to stay semi-lean with abs and veins year round.


Current stats:
6'0, 220-225 lbs
Bench - 315X6, 335X4
Squat - 405X5
Dealift - 455X3

I am hoping to cycle in some low rep strength stuff at some point during my training but I can't decide if I want that during a heavy blast or a cruise. But Ineed to get my 1-3 rep maxes up and then build up the volume over time for new growth. That's my training plan

Diet will be basic. 4-6 meals a day depending how steadfast I am about getting them in.

Typical day
Meal 1
6 eggs, 1 cup oats, 1 banana

Meal 2
3 packets tuna (7.5 ounces), 2 pop tarts, 1/4 cup almonds

Shake 1 (1 hr pre training)
2 scoops Universal Pro n Oats or similar

Shake 2 (15 min pre training)
2 scoops pre-workout of choice, or just EC and water

Shake 3 (during training)
2 scoops bcaa+creatine of choice in Gatorade

Shake 4 (post workout)
2 scoops whey isolate of choice

Meal 3
8 oz chicken, 1 cup white rice, 1/2 cup broccoli

Meal 4
8 oz chicken, 1 cup white rice, 1/2 cup broccoli

Meal 5
6 eggs, or 8 oz beef




Now let's see how close I can stick to it.

Also, some history:
I have been blasting and cruising for about 1 year. I had 2 blasts and 2 cruises. I am 2-3 weeks from my 3rd blast. Before the decision to stay on, I had done 3 test cycles with various orals and many PH cycles before that. I had low test from my years of PH abuse at a young age so this decision came early for me but I intend to make the best of it. I'm 25 now. At 27 I should see a significant increase in salary when I graduate my program and be able to afford GH and I'll give that a year and think about an NPC bodybuilding show at 28 and see what happens. I should be a solid 6 foot heavyweight by then I'm hoping. May need slin to get to SHW but I'm not thinking that far ahead.

Imo- you've over thought it all.

If you're going to stay on all year, as I do and a lot of others here do, then the constant blast is going to yield diminishing returns the longer you stay on.

There are two schools of thought on how to avoid this.

1- short blast and cruise for a bit and then hit hard again . The idea is letting your body reestablish a baseline and then through the series of blast/cruise you continually bump up your "cruise weight/physique"

2-cruise on a dose of test and constantly blast hard with single compounds and switch them every 4 weeks or so. Example being

Week 1-4
Test-250
Drol-200mg Ed

Week 5-8
Test- 250
NPP- 200mg Ed
Dbol- 100mg

Week 9-12
Test- 250
TrenA- 150mg Ed

So this kinda of method is something else that seems to work for some and it's what works for me, but it's very taxing and you need to be on top of your health.

Anything over about 12-16 weeks I see diminishing results like enigmatic said. Hell if you wanted to true blast there's some great discussions on this board just use the search option.

Maybe one thing I'd do is a short 4-6 week blast couple weeks I'd front load everything, followed by 4 week cruise maybe like followed:
Don't quote me on this exactly but here we go and I believe someone posted a calculator of some sort to find out exactly how much to front load

Week 1-2
Sustanon 1800-2000mg/week
Eq 1600mg/week(I prefer npp over eq and deca but that's me deca however makes me blow up fast)
Drol 200 mg/ED

Week 3-6
Sustanon 1000mgs/wk
Eq 800mgs/wk
Drol 200mgs ED

Week 6-10 or 12
Test c 150 mg's weekly
I'd run some hcg

And however you wanted to run it from week 10 or 12 through week 16-18

So what's the goal here? I missed that. A 2016 SHW? No Gh or any peps until then except slin? Have you used slin? Planning a diet for a year seems a bit romantic. You'll change that shit 20 times. And what about vitamins and non-steroidal supps? Fish oil, HCG (oh you WILL need that), etc. I think you need a coach or trainer or a really, really knowledgeable friend who's not afraid to tell you that you're weak as shit or becoming a fat pig.

In any case, truly best wishes and I hope you achieve your goals!

Whoa brother, have you run all these compounds before? Doing 12 weeks of oral tbol is a long time. Then to end load the last 4 weeks with 40mg/day of sdrol is asking for trouble. If you can't get what you want out of sdrol @ 30mg/day for 3 weeks, your doing something wrong. It is pretty well known that we grow in spurts which is why 4 to 16 week cycles are common. Cruising to give the body time to recover and maintain in between cycles is always a good idea.

My criticisms are meant respectfully!

As others have said, this is over thought in a big way. This is the type of cycle you see from someone who doesn't have a lot of experience thinking they have an idea of what it takes. The duration alone with no breaks makes this a bad cycle!

The sad thing is, you want to do cycles like this for a year and half, two years, only to compete in an NPC show! Where do you go from there? I'm not going to rehash what others have suggested, but you have some good suggestions in this thread...You would be wise to follow their advice!
