That added up is 461.5 grams protein, 69.1 grams fat, 518 grams
of carbs. I did fuck up a bit, and should have tapered the carbs, but eating that many is hard when u have school, so sometimes I have to eat alot in one meal etc....

I find it quite hard at times, and have found myself ready to scream obscenities at my food, but once you get used to it, its not too bad at all.

I calcuate 3.5grams per eggwhite, but sometimes I buy the whites in the carton, and in the carton it says there are 15 eggwhites and 50g protein...but, generally, there are 3.5grams protein per white. 10 whites at breakfast is sufficient anyways, sometimes I eat 10 instead of the 15.
