I've been doing some research and I'm planning on starting some l-carnitine supplementation.

I'm wondering if anybody has brewed this?

I've seen that 200mg/ml usually holds well and is painless. I'm hoping to go up to 500mg/ml and wondering if anybody has experience with this.

As a side note. I've been brewing aas for a while. Just wanting to venture out.

50ml bacteriostatic water
25g l carnitine.
(I just used now brand powder)

Filtered through a .22um filter.

I heated the water before I mixed it together to get it to dissolve easier.

Simple. Effective.

What % is your back water? 0.9%?

And that holds 200mg/ml l-carnitine ok? Sounds good think I will try it.

L-carnitine pre wo into the muscle train is suposed to be sh1t-hot for strength increases.

Can the same be done with vitB12 do you think?

Just googled carnitine melting point and its coming up as 210c.... How is this possible that bac water can hold it? And at 200-500mg/ml...

Do you not mean 200-500mcg/ml?

And vitB12 melting point is 300c but that's normally 500-2000mcg/ml.
