Bulked to 240 in the first pic, watery as fck lol. After 4 months of dieting early morning cardio, and afternoon weights, im at 205 maybe 8% bf? Sorry about the 2nd one, just stepped outta the tanning bed

That's an impressive physique you've got going in the second pic. Is that the look you're going to try to maintain year-round, or are you just cutting down for a competition?

I wanna stay close to this, maybe add a few lbs to upper chest and back. Would like to try the npc in ohio in march. Men's physique class

After taking 3 years off and a fckin awful breakup, I went back to the gym dec 15, 2013. Went with test deca dbol for quite some time, 7ish months approx. Went from 185 to 240 eating everything in sight and training 4 days a week

Then came September, I found a new guy with a body I really admired. So I cut test to 300 wk, and went with tren at 650ish. Really didnt plan the whole thing too well and just quit eating and drinking much of anything. Got to 215 pretty quick but still had some stubborn fat. Decided to run dnp. Shredded me up pretty nice to say the least, potent as hell!

Im running the test and tren e at same levels now trying to add a bit more size but stay lean as possible. I do cardio on the am everyday, and train with the weights in the late afternoon or early evening. Trying to hit every bodypart twice a week. But like turbo said, I gotta start hitting the wheels! Lol

Diet now consists of mostly eggs and fst free cheese for breakfast after cardio, along with a scoop of whey in almond milk. Lunch and dinner are chicken breast and broccoli normally. I rarely eat much of anything else and it gets a bit rough to say yhe least. I have been having a cheat meal every now and then and it seems to just make me look better. Weird. I only eat between 11 and 730 as well but that's just cause I read about the if diet and am currently in week 3 of it. Seems to be working ok. If anyone has any questions about anything, im always happy to answer to the best of my knowledge. Sorry for all the posting but I tried to get my info for you all

Only thing I may do different Delta is drop test to half the mg of tren due to tren being so highly anabolic/ androgenic..And always be on some liver assist when on orals for sure.. Synthergine is a quality lab tested one which I just got going.
