i was always wondering about this topic. when someone goes on a zero carb diet for a while and loses tons of weight but then after the diet is over he starts to take in moderate amount of carb(food). why do they gain weight in more faster rate then before?

you've depleted your body of sugar stores and the weight you gain back is those stores.......ZERO carb diet is absolutely horrible for you, let alone a low carb one. The brain functions soley on glucose. Carbs are crucial for a health lifestyle.
