I added an inch to my bi's with this routine.
Barbell curl, 2 lite sets warmup,10,8,6,4 all reps are 3-4second reps.
Preacher curl(put your chin on the bench pull the weight up and behind your head, squeeze the shit out of muscle at the top)
Hammer culrs
Superman curls
When I'm feeling real strong I'll end my workout with Pincrusher's "Down the rack" routine.
All reps should be 3-4 second reps, this is the key.
