Could someone ballpark the:
Calories

In this diet, please. I am going to follow this religously as soon as my meal prep containers and lunch bag arrive.
Thanks

If you do a quick search online there are a lot of sites that list cal, carb, protein, fat of about every food you can think of. I can't remember the better ones but most of them are close.

Good luck with your diet, stick with it you'll be glad you did.

Here is what I came up with...
Carbs 131
Fat 72
protein 248
Calories 2164

Are these macros conducive to a fat loss regiment while maintaining muscle?

If you don't like veggies in terms of broccoli, green beans, corn, carrots, etc., then try some salads, cooked spinach, leafy greens.

Sorry brother, I missed this. Either blend them or buy green drinks. Kale mixes well in regular protein shakes. I eat a lot of stir fry and mix in broccoli and asparagus.
