Ill agree totally with this ive seen dudes that run marathons that that are suckin wind 2 or 3 minutes in on the mat.

Any sport that you enjoy doing and would continue to do regularly is gonna be the best one for u. Makes no difference if it's the "best" sport for fitness if u don't enjoy it and wouldn't keep doing it. Table tennis may not be the best fitness sport, but if it's the ONLY sport u enjoy doing then that's good enough. Just play a metric ass load of it and u'll reap the benefits. Just find one, or preferably more, sports that you enjoy and do them as often as u can.
