This might sound like a dumb question, but what exactly is the vitamin b complex for anyway?

ok, a very wise bro wrote "People usually run b-12 at 1000mcg per day
or at least EOD."
and my Vitamin B Complex is 100ml (see above)
so how far do i fill the damn syringe? would 3cc's only be 300ml?
but i need 1000? is my math all fucked up or am i? whats the dif between
mcg and ml ?
thanx, give me some time and soon
i'll be the one helping out the newbies...

not real sure about the doses of the vitamin B complex but I can tell you that b-12 is a great pick me up. I have ran it in the past at 1000 mcg twice a week but typically just take it now when I start to drag ass. The best way to take it is with an insulin needle in the stomach. Keep in mind this is not an intramuscular shot, it needs to go into some fat. hope this helps a little.

1cc = 1ml bro. ml and cc are simply volumes. You have to find out what the concentration of B vitamins is per ml.

B12 Inject - 04-01-2005, 06:46 PM

OK, so my B Complex arrived..not sure what the concentration is per ml
but I did pop out an email to the "dealer" who advertises here.
Took Mojo's advice and shot in into some belly fat (only 1ml)
its a really light substance..it filled the syringe quickly
and the belly fat where I shot drank it up...wonder if it was enough?
this how they market the product which gives no indication of the concentration per ml....so how do I get 1000 mcg out of this?:
1,B2,B6,b12 B1...... 12.5mg
B2...... 2.0mg
B6...... 5.0mg
b12...... 5.0mcg100ML USP grade
