Adding test Cyp to cycle.
 
Well now my cycle is boosted up again.
EQ 200mg - 400 mg 2weeks, 600 mg 4 wks, 400 mg 2 weeks.
A-bombs 75 mg - 150 mgs daily.
Test cyp 250 - 500 mg weekly 8 weeks.

Hope to get 20 lbs, can any one map me out a meal plan, on whey, tuna and what about drinking a glass of protein at night like 4 a.m. What about creatine i have like 5 bottles of it should i use it????

your cycle still needs tweaking.....8 weeks at those doses wont do much...the drol will put on nearly all the weight you gain.......do this

week 1-5 anadrol - 75mg day
Test Cyp weeks 1-12 400 or 500mg/week
EQ 1-11 400mg/week

Wolfy is right with his "Tweaking." :)

Also, keep yor A bombs at 50 mg or so. You dont need to go to 150mg with them, or even 100mg unless you have used them quite often.

As far as eating goes, eat as much as you can get in your stomach. I don't worry about eating clean, if i did i wouldn't gain much weight. I have a fast metabolism and a very physical job.You have to know your body somewhat, is it inclined to store fat? I drink a 1500 calorie weight gainer for breakfast a few hours later some fruit, and the dessert from my lunch. Sandwich and chips in the early afternoon. The wife likes to cook, so i get a good home cooked meal for supper. Then i try to eat before i go to bed, lastnite it was a bowl of custard, about 400 calories worth. For me i have to eat till it hurts. Above is about 4000 calories worth and i weighed 165.5 lastnite. Thats a lot of calories for a body of that size and i'm still ripped. Take the cycle advice these guys give you, eat like a horse and use a high intensity style of training. Clint
