Are you saying it will not pass through a 22g? Or are you asking if it will?
Id never use anything bigger then that. If it wont go through a 23g it worthless to me. especialy something you have to inject each day. Im just not willing to do that to myself....no reason for it. Get some Zambons, There the best out there and theres not much price difference.

If it is water based just drink it! Not much difference.
