First post here,and maybe somebody here has experienced the same thing,its been a month and ive lost a lot of strenght in my left arm,pain under the shoulder blade area and i have numbness in my left thumb, been to a sports doc,family doc and chiropractor and everyone tells me something different on how to rehab, i'm sure i did this on the bench press,also i'm getting ready to purchase a 10 week cycle, i'm 43 ,5'10 and very toned and weigh 165 lbs.Would greatly appreciate any advice on what cycle to run (newbie) to put on some size and any help on my healing process.
