Beginner need help

I'm a beginner and I was thinking to run something like this
8-10 wks dbol 15-20mg/day
nolva 20-30mg/day
proviron 25-50mg/day throughout
What do you think about it?

IMO, you should research more before beginning. I would not suggest running DBOL any longer then 4-6wks and only as a starter in a cycle. Also, most all gains you receive from the DBOL will be lost once you discontinue use, as most will be water retention.

Read the stickies above in this section and you should be able to learn quite a bit and will also be able to understand and setup a good first run bro!

whats your stats and trainning history ?dbol for 8-10 weeks is not needed too long , also nolva and proviron are not needed to be run through the cycle imo

Alright guys, here is my stats: 6'0 190 training 5 days/week,bench 280, my goal is to put on 10pounds, lean muscle.What do you think about this Eq 400/wk 1-8wks, winny tabs 40/day 5-10, clomid for pct?

I’d try a simple cycle like 500mg test enanthate/week from week 1 to8 and 30 mg dbol ed for the 1st 4 week, and 50mg priviron ed for the water weight problem

Imo,test should be the base for most,if not all cycles..
I wouldn't run a cycle without it. Test only is a good first cycle.
