I'm thinking to follow a deca / winny cycle. I'm on with the research.
Stats: 6'1 205lbs 28 years old and training for years, oh yea and 15%BF.
Goals: gain mass and burn the love-handles..which have proven to be very hard to get rid of.
Question: How much, how long? Also, test is mandatory?
