Not sure if it the right forum, but...
I have been running
Test e 500mg
Tren e 450mg
Eq 600mg
T3 75mcg
Can I get joints stiff and a little sore from this cycle?
Or what may cause this when you're training?

Many things can cause joint stiffness? Lack of water intake, could be the TREN drying you out, could you the T3, could be some other supplement you are taking? Many different variables. You need to run down the list of everything you are taking in as well as your training and diet and see what is not working well for your body.

letro at 1mg every day will probably cause some discomfort in your joints. i'd lower your dose by .25mg every day

I heard that glucosamine takes a few months to become effective.
You need about 1500mg-3000mgs a day for at least 3 months, then down to 1500 a day.
