Hey Anasci-Fam,

Been out gym exactly one year after some lower back issues, therapy, etc...

Back in gym since new year and gonna run an "advance" catch up cycle :yeahthat: lol. Here's history and next round...this time I'll be updating so those can see the process of muscle memory, recovery etc after my team off as I go.

I went from 220lbs to 185lbs because of surgery and dieting down while in recovery mode. It took me 4 weeks to get back ALL my size (ran an advanced cycle too on day 1 back at the gym). Makes me think I should have used much less and would have had the same result.

Well, it's not what I would call advanced rather I would call it 'Bread and Butter'. Guys have used that combo for years to put on mass.

Test , Deca and Dbol is about as standard as it gets. 1600mg a week is fairly high amount. Just make sure you have your ancillaries and PCT/TRT ready. And always remember, your diet is going to be the deciding factor on how good any cycle turns out. Make sure you have you diet and meal plan sorted out before you start your cycle. Plenty of good guys can help you out with that here, too. And be sure to add some cardio to help keep yourself lean and most importantly, healthy.

Should be good for your return...I would switch out the Deca for NPP for health reasons. What ancillaries will you be running?

I agree with Moneyshot. You could at least start off with less and addmore as you go. This cycle is specific to you and your situation. Your completely cleared out and primed. I think tapering or peaking would be highly beneficial to you. Not sure if you happen to see Rich Piana's cycle now, but he's spot on for what he's doing. If you notice, he stresses clearing out, which you are. Next, do I g minimum everything to gain size, this includes gear, food, training..... This prevents you from plateauing. I would suggest starting at 500 test and maybe 350mg deca a week adding 50mg/wk or as needed. You may end up higher/wk mg but ultimately running less overall. Same goes for trying and food. Gradually increase lifting days, reps, sets, drop sets, and food as you see fit. One of the problems with coming full throttle out of the gate is that you can quickly plateau and by building up you realize you can build the same amount of muscle with far less.

The "Advances Cycle" was just kind of humor..lol.

Thanks, I already got the Deca so NPP is out of the options. And my past two months in gym just been breaking ice, and getting in routine, retraining nervous system, etc

I'm very interested in the ramping up all..gear,food,workout. It's seems like a legit way I go, and never thought of that. I do have the orals so..anymore info of that is welcome!!!!

Y'all have my stats, anyone have idea of Macros to start at and goal to aim for over a 3 month time span if im ramping all this up as I go? Obviously I'll have to listen to my body but any round about numbers or ratio would help.

Sorry missed this. I always got plenty nolva and clomid bc for pct I order extra. Personally that's all I've ever felt I needed to keep on hand for my history

Not bad, though I'd think you'd get excellent gains off of a cycle I once did and put huge mass on:

Test cyp 400mg EW weeks 1-12
Deca 400mg EW weeks 1-10
Dbol 50mg prior to workout weeks 1-4
Anavar 50mg prior to workout weeks 5-10

I'd keep it simple & up the test, keep the oral...1200/1500 of test will put more on you then 750 test & 600 deca...with much less, easier to control sides
