Cut or bulk?

Not as cut and dry as u might think. I've talked about it before, but I've got some issues with my elbows. Really bad recurring tendinitis or tendonosis, whichever the case may be. Might be related to running Nothing but Tren and Test for over a year straight, who knows.

Either way, I haven't been able to lift for the last few months, as even trying to hold a 10lb dumbbell in my left hand causes excruciating pain in my left forearm and elbow, and my body drops the weight instinctively. I've tried to suck it up and push through it, but it's just unbearable. Whatever it is that's going on has even extended around to my biceps tendon, and just contracting my arm with no weight causes pain through my bicep.

Thanks to IVGear's killer sale, I picked up a bunch of EQ and Deca to run to help out with collagen synthesis in my joints. Hopefully this will get things straightened out and I can start hitting it hard again. The real focus is on aleviating the pain and tenderness, as well as getting my range of motion and grip strength back.

I bought the gear just planning to run it not as a cycle, but just more as therapy for my tendons. But, if I'm gonna be pinning 300mg of EQ and 300mg of Deca a week, I might as well get something else out of it right?

So are there any problems using Deca and EQ for a cut? I know their usually bulking compounds. Deca is gonna cause some bloat, and EQ causes some major appetite for a lot of guys. In theory, if diet is in check and I can get back to training hard and started doing cardio again, is there any reason I couldn't use this as a cutting cycle? Or maybe more of a recomp cycle?

And before any of the veteran bros give me shit, trust me I get it. Cycles are all about diet. I already understand that. I've just never heard of anyone using Deca while cutting. EQ yes, Deca no.

If I'd be better off just throwing more calories in and upping my protein and making it a proper bulk cycle, I'm okay with that too. I can run a cut in early spring after I've got all the issues with my joints sorted out.

What's the verdict guys? Cut or bulk with Deca and EQ, while trying to heal my elbow/bicep?

Sounds like it could be ulnar nerve entrapment...cubital tunnel syndrome. Go see an ortho and get it checked out.

I have. They just say it's tendinitis and shoot me up with some cortisone and send me on my way. I'll do some research on that, though. Never heard of it before.

Cut, cut, cut! You already know diet is the key, and yes deca isn't the first choice for a cutting compound, but it can certainly be done. Deca just causes bloat, so the dry look many are after during a cut won't be as pronounced, it can certainly still be used. Get you weight down and lighten up your weight. Great time to work on form and developers your mind muscle connection. As I get older, my weights have been getting lighter, not cause I can't lift heavy, but cause I'm much smarter. Being injured half the time is counter productive. I'm as big as I've ever been and feel much better but I do lift more intensely. Can't remember if you gave peptides a fair run, , but legit tb-500 and bpc- 157 will do more for you the eq or deca if it is a tendon issue. Also avoid inflammatory and allergen foods as inflammation is your worst enemy. Lastly look up rehab specialist Kelly Starrett on YouTube and find his video on flossing.

I've tried peptides previously, and have a sour taste in my mouth from it. That whole part of the industry is just so super sketchy. I'll shoot u and PM to get some insight, though. At this point I'll do whatever I have to in order to get things better. More than anything, it's become a quality of life issue.

Agree with Magnus on cut, as well as peps. But also throw in the eq and even the deca of you want. Or sub the deca for Tbol or var for additional joint benefit. And keep the weights on the light side.

MK 677 really helped my tendonitas. It's not 100% perfect, but it's a marked improvement from a yr ago when 25 lb dumbells sucked. At least I'm back up in the 60lb range.

Keep the diet dialed in and protein intake high obviously.

As opposed to UGL gear...

Granted, there's a certain amount of speculation with anything when we're dealing with black market products. But at the very least, I know if gear is doing something or not, or I can throw it in the freezer and see it it crystallizes for some of it. I know if my Tren gives me insomnia or not. I know good D-Bol is gonna make me strong as shit and puffy as the Michelin Man. There are relatively reliable indicators for many AAS and ancillaries.

With peptides, it's just a little vial of powder; I don't know what it is. And if it doesn't work after a month does it just need more time, is it the wrong peptide for my issue, or was I injecting powdered sugar into myself?

Maybe I've just gotten lucky, but I've never spent money on AAS that didn't do anything. They may have been underdosed, they may have been not exactly the compound they were supposed to be, but they always did something. I've spent plenty of money on peptides that didn't do shit after 30 days or more of use.

I feel that because of the grey market potential of peptides where it's not really legal, but it's not really illegal, it's become a mini goldrush of sorts. Lots of people are jumping into it because of the reduced risk of prosecution, and a lot of people are taking advantage of the newness and ignorance of many people toward peptides in general.

Is gear sketchy? Sure it is. Do I feel like peptides are way sketchier? Yup.

With all that being said, Magnus is helping me out with a few things and I'm going to give peps another run. Honestly, I don't have much hope for it, but at this point I'll try just about anything as it's really having a negative impact on my quality of life. If it doesn't work, then I'm no worse off than I was. Except maybe a little lighter in my bank account.
