5-10" this is probably the biggest, but leanest 260lbs. I can get heavier, and I was up to 280 a couple years ago. But coming back down to 225ish is just a pain to do. I probably wont get to much heavier than this, unless I get lazy on my diet.
Here is a pic at a week out from November 2013. I was around 224-225lbs here. I won Master overall and placed 2nd in the mens open to a national level heavyweight, who was getting his NQ back for Master Nationals. He had placed as high as 4th at Nationals. So i wasnt dissapointed at all.
