I been lifting 8 years believe it or not I've always been chunky shitty genetics lol I started aas 3 years ago trial and error pct bunk gear all of that. I also went through a year no gym so I had to workout with bands and body weight. I finally got a membership like 2 months ago and I'm seeing major improvement. I'm finally figuring shit out never really had a honest person school me so it's been a process, just thought I'd share some pics :)

I'd like honest opinions on BF I know it's still high hoping the hgh helps me blast it off

Nice work my brother. And I would say your bf% is about 15%. Get that down to 10% and you will look 20lbs bigger. But then again I should take my own advice.

Thanks alot for the compliments guys! I knew i was getting results wasnt until i compared old pics when i really realized what ive done. Thx for the motivation i will keep everyone updated i feel this is finally gonna be my year to drop this fat.

Nice progress man. Looks like you may of had a slight gyno on the 2nd pic, but seems to have dispersed.
Get your diet in check and you should be able to drop that bf and harden up nice with the right cycle.

Guys are right, you have really a good progress, but you need to continue.
Maybe you have some new photo to share with us ? You new results?
