If your at 12%, understand macros/diet/cardio/rest and how they all play a part in fat loss, have a solid 5 plus year work out history, then the rest of this post is not for you. If not, read on.

Your best fat burning "stack" is not a stack at all. Its called research. Dial in your diet, cardio and workout to drop BF% naturally. In my experience too many guys think a cycle like yours will drop bf when putting in the work and getting macros in line with a 50/30/20 diet split (and if you dont know what that is go figure it out or post "what's that mean, please spoon feed me while I sit in the highchair with this bib on). Also working on fat loss cardio and keeping your hr in the fat burn zone.

Thats was an awesome thread and one of the first threads I read on aboard.. I miss OJS being around.. He helped me a lot when it came to dieting..

Hell ya you burn about 500 cals/ hr or more depending on how froggy you get
