This would be the ground work for a great thread. The more I listen to the coaches that Know like JP and JM the less I'm putting on gear. The diet I'm on and the amount of food is way more than I remember. But as the popular reasoning would say it's the food that your growing on A N D intensity and regularity of training.

Thoughts??????

I think most important is just pure consistency. Consistently dieting weather for size or to lean and consistently training with a goal in mind never de-railing no matter what life throws at you

Yeah my comment was mostly in jest.

What makes a pro in my opinion?

Ability to eat

Fantasic response to AAS

You gotta have those 3 to be "elite". No debate there.

Some guys don't train hard, some train balls out.

Some are rigid and unwavering in their diet and training, some aren't.

Jay was always so nice to.
Jay had actually posted his diet up on his site before and in a magazine.
I Have it some were.
It was a very easy and clean diet

He looked so awesome in the late 90s very early 2000s. Really well put together with great structure. In the video of them going through his ages u can see him starting to grow at 19 and then between that age and 22 he jus blew up
