Good stuff there brother! You can change drastically with the quickness! I have to say your current look is better than the contest look. Dont get me wrong you looked great then too, just really lean. You look younger in the face now that it has filled back out too...

Thanks Matt and John. My wife doesn't like the lean look. And it's because of the way my face looks.

Told me I look like a serial killer when I'm really depleted.
