Cutting up

I know this has been asked a million times, but how about one more?
I am 29 yrs 6'2, 205lbs and wanting to cut up. My bf% is low and I am in good shape and have cycled once to bulk up. I did and have been off for about 2 months and now wanting to chisle my body.
Recommendations on stuff with weeks.

Here and there
To cut up I recomend a strict diet, lots of cardio, plenty of rest, and a good training routine. As far as AAS go, here is an option:

wks 1-10 test prop 150mg eod
wks 1-7 fina/tren 100mg eod
wks 5-10 winny 50mg ed OR var 40mg ed

I am getting about 7.5 hrs of sleep. Need more cardio. How much a week? Routine is getting back.
