I have run it up to 75mcg, but must be t3 sensitive because anything over that and I get strong heart palipitations. 50mcg a day is my sweet spot when I run it. My wife can actually run higher doses than I can and she is 1/2 my size and weight.
I run T3 almost year round at 25mcg ED and then during my cycles I run it at 75mcg. I still grow and get lean on all cycles, no matter what I eat. Also, I usually run HGH.
