My latest health screening, triglycerides at 735!

I've been clean for the past 3mths. Ended PCT (Tamox+HCG) in July. Last cycle was test prop(8weeks)+ Anavar(6weeks).

Normal diet with Intermittent fasting.

training 5-6days/week mountain dog style.

Doc asking for another retest next week. 😓

What could've been the caused of this abnormally high range?

I had em at like 1800 about 10 years ago, before I started training and taking cholesterol meds. My nurse said it was the highest level she had ever seen. With me, it is a lot genetic and probably diet. My dad has high triglyerides also. I think they are around 4 or 500 now, and that's as low as I can get them. Lowering the fat in your diet is supposed to help. You're doc may put you on a statin, tricor something like that if they don't come down.
