This isn't my home board but I'm hoping to gain some new insights and new perspectives. As of now I'm cruising on 500 mg Legend Test E which is presenting bloods of around 1500 total T in other users. I've been on this for 4 weeks and plan 2-4 more. Before that I ran a cycle of Legend Test E/Deca/and Dbol which was underdosed but I thought I was taking a gram of test and 500 deca but it appears to be about half that and I had less than stellar results. I'll be switching labs for my next blast but cruising on the rest of this underdosed Legend test e for the remainder of January so I'll write out 48 weeks. My baseline AI is aromasin at 25 mg/day. It seems high for some people but it's a minimum for me. Letro and/or nolva or possibly even adex will be added as needed or desired. I order that stuff as I go but I have plenty on hand in case of emergencies.

That should keep me gaining into the new year and then I'd cruise until March or so and hit it again pending bloodwork. As you can see I start slowly each time and add injectables and build the dose first while appetite is high and then throw in the orals at the end. I should eat big into week 12 or so and then I hit the orals which slowly kill my appetite and hardenme up so I should gain weight and strength and then recomp in each case. The second test/NPP blast will be dry with the tbol and proviron so Im hoping to stay semi-lean with abs and veins year round.

I am hoping to cycle in some low rep strength stuff at some point during my training but I can't decide if I want that during a heavy blast or a cruise. But Ineed to get my 1-3 rep maxes up and then build up the volume over time for new growth. That's my training plan
