I'd start test at 500. Every three weeks bump it 50mg. Some people bloat like hell on orals like dbol/drol. Some don't. YOU'LL have to see what happens to you. It's really individual. I'd keep it simple like that and if your shit's in order with training, diet and rest, you'll grow. Drop your training volume some. Let the drugs work without eating up recovery and energy. If cutting back on work helps nattys grow, enhanced athletes can benefit. As you are bumping the test up, gradually bump your volume back up too. You'll be happy you did.

So your talking straight test only? start at 500mg/week then add 50mg every 3rd week... whats cycle length? in a 16 week cycle your highest dose would be 750mg.

Yes and no. Every third week.
1-2:500 oral #1

You could keep it at 12 weeks, short but effective, pct will be easier. At three cycles in, you still can grow nicely on 750 brother or up to 850. I'd really suggest just stripping it all down, bread and butter and throw an oral in for the first four, take four off, just test and another oral on weeks 9-12. Keep upping your calories as you gain and make the cycle a home run not a guess or a wasted opportunity to learn exactly how you react by keeping YOUR end of the deal with the training/rest/eating. See where I'm going with this bro?

I mean if you wanna bulk, I'd add deca. It's the king of bulking gear. Keep it like 400 mgs if you don't wanna go nuts. Throw dbol in that mix and you with blow the effffff up. Keep your estrogen under Co trolling, eat CLEAN and drink lots and lots of water (2 gallons).

when you say decca. is it fair to say you mean nandralone? the biggest reason i ask is bc of how the body processes NPP vs Decca. if someone is doing 600mg both, with NPP, it is 600 thanks to how its excreted from the body. but with decca, its more liek 750mg bc the body can only elimante it but so fast. hence why more people say they like decca over npp. bc theyre actually doing a higher dose.

Deca is called deca because of the deconate (14day half life) ester attached to it. Npp is phenylprop (3 day half life) so I was referring to nandrolone deconate. Npp will help you bulk as well, I just prefer deca for the shear size you can gain and with proper diet, stay lean with no bloat.

I'm a firm believer that too many people over complicate things...test & an oral...pick one...if diet is in check the differences will be minimal
