Amen brother, I have seen so many guys who injured their back on the leg press, while I have yet to see someone (with good form) injure themselves with squats.
I guess that is the same thing as I doubt many injure themselves with leg press when using good form and not going too heavy. I know many who have injured themselves squatting (bad form). I do agree about deep leg press. From the start I was told as deep as possible and full range of motion but it's so bad for the back when going too far down.
