High RBC is said to thicken blood and the heart has to work harder, although people who live at higher elevations don't seem to have that problem. High iron levels can cause the arteries to oxidize more which can cause stiffening and aging leading to greater chance of blockages So I give about 3 times year to stay in the mid rrange.

I am the same just to be on the safe side. I also stopped using boldenone as it seemed to jack it up really fast every time.

I am not certain but eq, adrol and high test seem to be the worst for me. One time tren really jacked it up high as well.
