I've used some SSRI drugs in the past. Really found my sweet spot with PROZAC at 10mg daily. More energetic, no depression, just functioned very well on it. On the other hand 20mg turned me into a walking zombie.

Any issues with ED or sex drive on them? I’ve been considering going to the Doc to ask about them, but everyone says they all just kill sex drive. I don’t wanna trade one form of depression for another.

It hasn't effected my sex drive but it makes it harder for me to cum. Which is only a good thing because I basically have full control and can go as long as I want and don't have issues finishing. Although sex side effects are common with SSRI's and some will be worst than others so it's about finding the right one for you.

ED can be a problem for some. I know it affects me but it's nothing that Cialis can't fix. Sex drive doesn't seem to be as big an issue, at least not with me or my wife or any of my clients. My wife and I have been on various SSRI's for over a decade and we're both still horny as fuck. we're 46 and have sex 3 time a week usually. It can make it harder to cum and they're actually prescribed to men for that reason. It can affect women the same way. While my wife is still a horn ball, getting her to come prior to SSRI's was a piece of cake, now it's a 20 to 30 minute ordeal, lol.

The only way you would really know how they affect you would be to try one. there are a bunch of different ones out there including Effexor and Cymbalta which also work on Norepinephrine. There are a few non SSRI anti-depressants out there as well with less sexual side effects including Remeron, Wellbutrin and Trintellix. My wife went fucking nuts on Trintellix but YMMV.

I was prescribed Cymbalta for depression and had an bad reaction, it gave me insominia and the sweats. The doctor swears by it and says he has many clients happy with the results.
The depression was lightened and It helped me not overreact in a stressful situation and I can see that's a good thing, but also sometimes that overaction seems like a smarter reaction than not reacting at all. It made me feel real calm all the time even when maybe I shouldn't have been.
The insomnia and sweats was a deal breaker and I had to stop taking that specific medicine.

I tried Celxa & Remoran which didn’t work for me. They both made my symptoms worse. Then I tried lithium carbonate and that was a game changer for me. I still have my moments but it made everything more manageable. It did reduce my sex drive but it did not effect my ability or give me ED. Been on it for almost 2 years now.
