Hi,

What dosage you recommend if running the two together, or best to avoid and do tbol then anavar after.... may sound ignorant but appreciate the input.

I wouldnt run the TBOL alone or with another big oral AAS.
Anavar you could run alone 40-60mg wk,,10 weeks.

I train martial arts so i got to be careful what I take, atm im doing tbol then as recommended by you I shall cycle anavar alone.... note, My intention is not for mass gains.

this was my first cycle tbol 40mgs week 1-4 and var at 60mg week 1-8 gained about 15lbs lost about half after pct strength and vascularity went up like crazy though
