Whats the maximum amount you can inject in to your glute?...

I whacked 2ml of Nandranole Deconate + 1ml of Sustaton 250 in my left Glute about 3 days ago, the same in my right Glute last night, now I've got the same amount left (last shot!)

Would my right Glute be able to take another 3ml tomorrow or should I look for another injection site?...

I've already done 2ml of Sus in both arms as well last night so my arms are a bit tender this morning....

you need to wait at least 4 days between injecting into the same spot you have to let the oil absorb or it will just keep uilding up until you get an abcess go to www.spotinjections.com they have all the info you need
