why would you chew them? i've heard of guys chewing ip tabs before, but there's no reason to. not much holds up to the stomach's pH of 1.2. by the time it reaches your small intestine where it is absorbed it will be mush.

I believe NV recomends chewing their tabs...I chew IP anavar and take with cranberry juice for faster/better absorbtion...
