Hi all. I'm 24, 5' 10, 153lbs and an MMA fighter. I fight at 140 or 145. I'm trying to get some help on post cycle. I see a lot of suggestions for MMA on what to use. But there is usually only 1 nutrient/supp/gear mentioned. Can I get some direction on how to get help? I would appreciate it

Welcome to ANASCI. What type of goals do you have for your cycle?

Goals would be to get stronger and faster. I took a bit of a long haiatis from fighting and now I'm weak, out of shape and slow (compared to where I could be). I don't want to gain any more than a few pounds. I don't mind cutting 10 lbs, but I'd like to keep the strength and speed. Also wouldn't mind anything that helps focus. I would take any advice on entire cycle or links on advice.

Thanks so much everyone.
