I think there's merit in planning partial reps into your program for intensity and pump purposes

Naw not at all.
his hardest lift is gettin it off the rack pins his partials are half that..
Just kills me to witness this dumb stuff as a professional trainer advises.

I have my regular gym during the week which is awesome and then I go a planet fitness on the weekend cuz it’s hours are better. It’s aeeiously sad and even hard to bite my younger when I’m there seeing at least half the gym doing completely wrong form or stuff that doesn’t even make aense
