Need some help here. Started Tren Ace and it hit me like a train. I am lethargic and want to sleep all day. Can’t get enough sleep.

Was reading that Trenbolone decreases Thyroid production.

Saw a few guys started taking T3 at 25-40mcg a day and that took care of it and actually improved the cycle.

I have heard T3 is hard to recover from so I was looking at T4

Can someone point me in the right direction?
T-4 is an amazing Medication, and Yes T-4 , not T-3 to use. I use it with my HGH also. I would start with 25mcg if you can break the lil tab lol! Be sure to take it when you take the tren .... AM Injection, take it right after for best results.

Exactly. People overlook the importance of the conversion process. Why take T4 when it just converts to T3 anyways? Because sometimes the conversion process is just as important as the result.

I disagree. The importance is the amount of t3 that's available. Insufficient conversion is one of the problems/reasons for taking t3.
It's also much easier to dial the dose you want because you are NOT dealing with the conversion variable when you take t3.
I've taken both. I had to when taking gh because it caused me to go hypothyroid.
I first used t4 with free t3 being all over the place and couldn't get it right.
When I switched to t3 and found the right dose it was smooth.
Regardless when you come off there will be a lapse. I can't remember all that stuff because it was years ago and for the most part I found gh to not be worth the money and too many side effects for me. But t3 was my choice over t4 .
What was said about walking a thin line I totally agree with.
Tren is the number one roid for allowing fatloss with possible muscle gain at the same time. It's also the number to use in a low calorie state and not lose muscle.
Without making those post longer one aspect of why that is has to do with its effect on thyroid hormones while it increases adrenal response and excites the cns(which is why it's a bitch to sleep).
