I am a soccer nut. I played my whole life until even a few years ago. I coached for about 15 years, and I referee now in the club leagues and high school in the fall. (Reffing is good cardio, btw). The TV is always on one of: GOLTV (BEIN now, I guess), Fox Soccer, ESPN or 2 or Root or NBC Sports when they have games on
Sports are good physical activities for fitness and health. I think everyone should play some sports. I like many sports but cricket,football and badminton are my favorite sports.
